Capturing Siebel Statistics or metrics (Doc ID 2012450.1)

Goal

Question : Is it possible to enable and recover statistics from Siebel with below features
1 - Siebel accumulates metrics from tasks to components. The components will update the metrics to the Siebel server as well?
2 - When those metrics are reset? Bouncing a component does not reset it's metrics stored.
3 - There are several metrics from components and server that are not being stored at all (they are equal 0 or are undefined), see attachment for an example. How can we enabled those metrics to be gathered?
4 - Some metrics are not document. For example, by enabling the advanced parameter CacheStatsEnabled (Cache Statistics Enabled) to True, which metric will be affected?
