Loyalty Batch Engine Component Fails To Start In Multi-server Env (Doc ID 2019954.1)

Symptoms

The Loyalty Batch Engine does not start correctly in 8.1.1.14 PS2 in a multi server environment i.e. the component is enabled on several servers and all the servers are bought up together in quick succession. Below is a sample of errors found in the logs:

In this example the log is referring to the wrong Siebel Server which is why it fails.
