Blank page after login
Web portal (OpenUI) developed with the latest IP 2013 applied patchset (Patchset 15).
The issue is, when user is pressing F5 and then, timeout error rises. Note, if the user clicks any button inside web application, the same TimeOut error will happen but no blank screen appears after user proceeds with login...So the error only happens when user clicks F5)
The timeout message doesn't displayed until user makes some action.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - The user opens the thin web client session and leaves the session until the timeout.
2 - user reloads (F5) instead of any action on any button.
2.1 - Time waits emerging arises and when clicking OK, the page loads.
3 - And here's the problem: user logs and the result is a blank screen.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users sees blank page after clicking F5 after timeout event
