How to hide vertical scroll bar after columns are locked on IE11 (Doc ID 2029840.1)

If a several columns are lock, vertical scroll bar is displayed on column name on List Applet. This behavior is only occurred on IE11 as follows.

Regarding this behavior, customer needs to hide the scroll bar.
