Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
While creating a member getting error. However the member gets created but not the tier.
 
ERROR
---------------
 "Error en la asignación no válida.Si el problema persiste, vuelva a intentarlo o solicite al administrador del sistema que verifique la configuración de la aplicación.(SBL-DAT-00421)".

While assigning a voucher with Fixed Start and Expiration Dated through a promotion, Transaction went into "Rejected Engine" with an error "Se requiere que el valor '07/15/15' para el campo 'Start Date' sea '<=[Expiration Date]'.Ingrese un valor que sea ' <= 07/14/15 12:29:38 PM'.(SBL-DAT-00521)".
