Case Insensitivity Accent Insensitivity (CIAI) Not Working Correctly (Doc ID 2034138.1)

After enabling Case Insensitivity Accent Insensitivity (CIAI) feature for Account Name field, noticing that the search is only case insensitive and not accent insensitive. There is data for Account name in French, which has accents. If users search on Account Name without the accent, matching records are not returned. Since CIAI enabled for that field, users expect not having to input the accent for the record to be returned.
