Product Validation fails when the products are synchronized from EBS to Siebel

The implemented following process for product integration with EBS and migrating the customizable product to higher environment.

OBSERVATION:
1. The constraints which are based on Class (e.g Class A excludes Class B) fails.
2. The constraints based on products works as expected.
3. If we edit the constraints and RE-PICK the class, then it works as expected.

It is not sure why the products associated with the class are not recognized after the synch is completed from UAT.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OOB webservice to synchronize products from EBS DEV to Siebel DEV
2. Construct the customizable product in Siebel using the products synchronized in Step 1. This includes construct of UI and Constraints
3. Export and import the customizable products in Siebel UAT.
4. Validate the Customizable product in Siebel.
5. Synchronize the products from EBS UAT to Siebel UAT.
6. Re-validate the Customizable product in Siebel.

ISSSUE: After the synchronization is completed (step 5), the validation of the customizable products (step 6) fails and we get the following error:
