Symptoms

SIEBEL VERSION:
Siebel version : 8.1.1.10
Database version : Oracle 11.2.0.2
OS version : RHE 5

ISSUE STATEMENT:
Customer is running Tibco JMS mechanism to synchronize Account data from external systems. They are using XML messages to transport data over JMS.  Workflows are triggered asynchronously in wfprocmgr, and sometimes, an error is received :-
