Default Focus On Field After Newrecord using user property DefaultFocus_New on HLS Case Attachment Applet (Doc ID 2043339.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Using the user property DefaultFocus_New (as described in Siebel Developer's Reference > User Properties > Applet User Properties > Specifying the Default Applet Focus) for HLS Case Attachment Applet does not work and it has no effect in Open UI.
After the user adds a new attachment file, the entire row is focused and not the specified field (HLSFileName in this case).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Using the user property DefaultFocus_New for HLS Case Attachment Applet should work in Open UI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Go to Siebel Tools, query and lock the HLS Case Attachment Applet;
2) Add a new Applet User Prop with following:
a) Name = DefaultFocus_New
b) Value = HLSFileName
3) Compile the changes and test the behavior.
