Web Template Not Rendering Correctly after Upgrade from HI to Open UI (Doc ID 2055588.1)

Symptoms

BEHAVIOR  
---------------
In OpenUI, the rendering is not proper.
The same HI Application (with / without customization done in previous version) should work in Open UI IP2015 Application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable OpenUI for the first time [in IP2015]
2. In the Previous Version (for example 8.1.1.10), only HI Application was used
3. As per the HI Standards, the Application has been customized at SWT level
4. It is expected that the same HI Application to work for the Open UI IP2015 Application as well.
