Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When entering a big text in comment fields the text does not wrap up
correctly and then it is required to scroll horizontally in the field to see
the whole text.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When entering a big text in comment field, the text should wrap up correctly.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Log into Siebel OpenUi application using IE browser
2) Navigate to Accounts > Activities view
3) Enter a big text in comment field
4) Note that the text does not wrap up correctly and then it is required to
scroll horizontally in the field to see the whole text.
