Open Check Is Taking Long Time After Upgrading To Open UI

On : 184.108.40.206.17 [IP2013] version
When trying to create Check using Open Check button under Order-->Event Order it is taking long time. This issue has been reproduced on vanilla environment.
Please find attached the vanilla log.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Event Orders Screen
2. Query for a valid Quote
3.Click on Open Check button for any EO in 'Distributed' status
