Task UI - Standard New and Delete Controls Are Not Visible in Open UI

Symptoms
On : 15.2 [1P2015] version, Client Functionality, Open UI
Standard Controls, like the New Button or the + icon are not visible in Open UI Mode.
All standard controls should be visible, as expected.
STEPS
1. Launch the Open UI application.
2. Click the Task icon/button.
Result: Standard controls, including the New and Delete Record buttons (or the plus sign and trashcan icons), are missing.
