Symptoms
Requirement: Modify the image that appears both in Login screen, and the logo image.
For this requirement the bellow instructions were followed:

The steps from the documentation did not work
This can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create file: custom.css, with the following script.
2. Add described CSS in bookshelf manifest entries.
3. The OOTB logo image is being rendered, although the custom CSS file has been loaded.
