Turn Time Conflict Error Does Not Throw Up (Doc ID 2080658.1)

Symptoms

Turn Time Conflict error does not throw up

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select any Property which is properly setup
2. Drill and query for a Function Space which is properly setup
3. Go to the Setup Style tab and configure Setup / Tear-down time
4. Now, navigate to Opportunity screen, create a new Opportunity (or pick any existing one)
5. Create Functions under this Opportunity where Turn Times overlap (either setup / tear-down)
7. Create Quote from this Opportunity
8. Try to Reserve the Functions and observe that no Turn Time conflict is thrown
