On : 8.1.1.14.10 [IP2014] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user tries to access the Siebel application on IE 11 along with the Peoplesoft HR web application, cookie error SBL-UIF-00255 is seen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When accessing 2 different applications on same domain, the cookie error should not be displayed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to the application in IE11
