1.Is Siebel 8.2.2.14 508 ADA Compliant?

2.We are using 8.2.2.14 which is Open UI, in order to use the accessibility features as mentioned in the Open UI document, do we have to make any changes? (OR) does Siebel Open UI by default comes with the accessibility features enabled?
