OpenUI: Cannot view Event Details from the Events Calendar at the Event Session Timeline

Symptoms
The customer observed that in Siebel application version 8.1.1.11.14 [IP2013] in OpenUI mode it is not possible to view Event Details from the Events Calendar.
The issue could be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Site Map > Event Management > Events
2. Drill-down on any event name
3. At the third level view bar click on Schedule
4. Go to Session Time Line.
5. You will notice that the Event Session Timeline GanttChart is missing.
The customer expects that when navigating to Site Map > Event Management > Events > Schedule > Session Time Line the Event Session Timeline should appear.
Due to encountered issue the customer is not able to view Event Details from the Events Calendar at the Event Session Timeline.
The issue is reproducible in Siebel version 15.7 [IP2015] too.
