How to Export Attachments with Unique Identifier to Match with EIM Records (Doc ID 2110015.1)

Goal

We have a critical business requirement to extract the SR Attachments from the Siebel File System in the original format. We are trying to export the attachments from the file system through the Siebel EIM.
We are able to get the files in the output folder, but the problem is that there is no meta-data about that. We can not link the file to the attachment record or the parent SR.
We need some way to link that file to the parent SR or the attachment record itself. Can you help us out with that?
