Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.15 [IP2013] version, Order Management

Error : Error Connecting to server, Error code: 10944658

oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : Error Code: 10879185 Error Message: Error: Login failed attempting to connect to siebel.TCPIP.None.None://exlhamdevcrm-ib:2321/SBA_82_DEV/EAIObjMgr_enu

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Sync "Mobile Bundle" or "Promotion" as structure with Siebel through AIA.

2. Sync Mobile Bundle of 516 products, went successful. Count of products in Mobile Bundle=516 using SWI Product Upsert Web Service and SWI Promotion Upsert Web Service calls.

3. Add Additional Products into Mobile Bundle. This sync failed with error ie, Count greater than 900+.
