In a multi-server environment, when running the Marketing Import List job, it is failing with the error below:
Steps to Reproduce:
1- Enable Application Object Manager component on Server 1 and Workflow Process Manager component on Server 2.
2- Logon to the application which connects to the Object Manager in Server 1
3- Setup a Marketing Import Job - for details please refer to the Siebel Marketing Guide > 8 Managing Lists > Importing External Data and Creating Data Mappings
4- Run a Marketing Import List Job
5- The Workflow Process Manager task to have data imported will run in Server 2
6- The Workflow Process Manager task will fail with the above error
