Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.14 [IP2014] version, Siebel Marketing

Getting error SBL-UIF-00229 when running Marketing List Import Job.  

When running the Marketing Import List job, it is failing in a multi-server environment. It works fine in a sandbox environment. The following error is seen in the workflow log files:

SBL-UIF-00229: Error occurred while opening file 'E:\ses\siebsrvr\temp\SEASVR016_14572_10428_0_SIATEST.csv'.

STEPS
-----------------------
- Enable Application Object Manager and Workflow Process Manager on separate servers.
- Run a Marketing Import List Job


BUSINESS IMPACT

This causes the process to fail and no records are imported.
