Unable to send Email with Attachment
We have a requirement to send the Report generated though mail to user at run time
For that we are using FINS Industry BC Facility Service - GetFile Method for generating the report and then Outbound Manager to send this report on mail.
As per our Observation:
When report is generated in temp folder Siebel Server 1 and Outbound Manager Task is run on Siebel Server 2 then mail is sent with out attachment.
Same issue occurs when report is generated in Siebel Server 2 and Outbound Manager Task is run on Siebel Server 1
But If Report is generated in Temp of Siebel Server 1 and Outbound Manager Task run on Siebel Server 1 then mail is sent with attachment as expected.Same scenario works in Siebel Server 2 as well.
