Text Disappears When Ctrl+S (Save Record) is Pressed From Outbound EMail Body (email Reply) In IP2015 (Doc ID 2143633.1)

On : 15.10 [IP2015] version, Comms Server & Email Response

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Pressing Ctrl+S to save email body record before replying results in all text disappearing in the Email Body field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Saving Email Body text (Ctrl+S) should retain text for outbound mail/reply to mail.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to Siebel Application
2) Navigate to User Preferences > Outbound Communications
3) In Email Response section Set Default Message Format = Plain Text and Save.
4) Logout and Login Application again.
5) Navigate to Site map > Communications
6) Click 'Reply' to any communication record.
7) In Outgoing Message Applet, In Email Body Text Area Field, enter some text.
8) Attempt to save the text in the Email Body by clicking Ctrl+S, note that the text disappears.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to the nature of the outbound email(s) losing text when attempting to save the record (Ctrl+S), user input/text is lost when attempting to save before replying to email.
