Symptoms

When attempting to run the Siebel BI Publisher reports for a standard/custom template with a custom code, the report runs fine the first time but fails the second time based on the data selected. Below errors can be seen in the XMLPReportServer*.logs:

Steps to Repro:

  1. Setup Siebel BI Publisher integration and execute reports from Siebel
  2. Add a piece of code for SUM or CONCAT in one of the Siebel RTF templates and check to see if report works
  3. Check to see if the report executes consistently upon every invocation
