Workflow Monitoring Agent Is Not Deleting The Records From S_ESCL_REQ Table (Doc ID 2166955.1)

Workflow Monitoring Agent is not deleting the records from S_ESCL_REQ table

We have cloned Workflow Monitoring Agent created in Production environment which scans through Contact and Address related updates in S_ESCL_REQ table and invokes OOTB workflows SWI Contact Update Workflow or SWI Address Update Workflow. From last one week we are seeing an issue where records in S_ESCL_REQ table are not getting deleted and related record not getting created in S_ESCL_LOG table. In logs, I observe the INSERT statement for S_ESCL_LOG but the record does not getting created in the table and no delete statement in the log files. Workflows are getting triggered, transaction is created in AIA (able to see in fusion), workflow is getting successfully ended (confirmed with monitoring level on and workflow logs depicts the same), but records are not cleaned up for S_ESCL_REQ table. Because of this the same records are being picked every time from S_ESCL_REQ table and processed in AIA and table is growing because of contacts and addressed being updated and backlog was not cleared.

Working Monitoring Agent and respective Workflow process manager logs are attached, please let us know the issue and solution to fix this issue. This is happening in Production environment only and not replicated in lower environments.
