Siebel Upgrade Process Using DB Config Wizard Fails With Error "Could Not Find Library Libmfc400su.so" (Doc ID 2171355.1)

Symptoms


When running pre-production upgrade using DB configuration wizard, getting error:

Warning: The following languages are present in the Siebel Server installation but are missing from the database and will not be upgraded: ENU. Only the below languages will be upgrade: /OPT/SBL/SIEBSRVR/BIN/SQLGENVAL: LIBMFC400SU.SO: CANNOT OPEN SHARED OBJECT FILE: NO SUCH FILE OR DIRECTORY


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Source cfgenv.sh under $SIEBEL_ROOT/Siebsrvr
2. Ran config.sh - mode dbsrvr
3. Db Config wizard fails with error.
