Email Message-ID Got Tampered While Setting the Delivery Status Domain & Delivery Status Mailbox. (Doc ID 2173083.1)

Symptoms

 On IP 2015 Siebel Version while using Delivery Status Domain & Delivery Status Mailbox Parameters in the Communication Driver Parameters the Message ID is not unique

Steps to Replicate

-------------------

1.  Login to siebel Application using SADMIN / SADMIN
2.  Go to Site Map > Administration communication > Communication Drives and Profiles
3.  Go to Communication Driver Parameters applet
4.  Make sure the "Delivery Status Domain" and "Delivery status mail box" are empty.
5.  Send email using F9 to a mailbox
6.  Open the email and observe the message header you will see the message ID is Unique and the Return path is the sender value
7.  Now go back to Communication Driver Parameters applet and set the values for
          "Delivery Status Domain" : <value> Ex: d6.us.ts
          "Delivery status mail box" : <value> Ex: test
8.  Save the Record
9.  Click on "F9" key and send email as like in step 5
10. Open the email received and check for the message header details we see

          Return-Path: test@d6.us.ts
          Message-ID: <test@d6.us.ts>
