IP 14 -> IP16 : Error running db Config Wizard for UPGREP

When running DB config wizard for IRM by reffering "http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E74890_01/books/UPG/UPG_IRM_Merge11.html#wp1218874", Got the below error.

./../jdk/jre/bin/java: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libX11.so.6: undefined symbol: xcb_wait_for_reply64

After setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH as LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH ; export LD_LIBRARY_PATH, above error resolved but config wizard failed at last with below error

Below language found in the DB & will not be upgraded : ENU. Only below languages will be upgraded: /scratch/private/aiacom_test_install/siebel/siebsrvr/bin/sqlgenval: symbol lookup error: /private/aiacom_test_install/siebel/siebsrvr/mw/lib/libmfc400su.so: undefined symbol:
IID_IBoundObjectSite"
