Best Practices to Avoid High Memory Consumption and Crashes of Gateway Server

Symptoms
High memory consumption by Gateway server process following multiple crashes were noted
1. Multiple crash and dump files getting generated bythe Gateway process.
2. Siebel Gateway service consumed significant amount of memory (~1.8 Gb).
Below errors noted in the
NameSrvr_01.log:
DBCLog DBCLogError 1 0046d58a58041134:0 2016-10-20 09:44:47 Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 8: Not enough storage is available to process this command. (Siebel Oracle90 D:/sea81/siebsrvr, D:\sea81\siebsrvr\bin\seor825.dll).
GenericLog GenericError 1 0046d58a58041134:0 2016-10-20 09:44:47 (secmgr.cpp (2773) err=4597538 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10018: Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 8: Not enough storage is available to process this command. (Siebel Oracle90 D:/sea81/siebsrvr, D:\sea81\siebsrvr\bin\seor825.dll).

- The Perfmon resource monitoring data shows high memory usage [>1.8 GB] for the Gateway service PID
- The Gateway service process dump using Leaktrack shows that largest amount of resources are allocated by the orannzsbb12 dll [Version: 12.1.0.2.0 ].
