High Memory Consumption By Gateway Server

Symptoms

High memory consumption by Gateway server process.

Siebel Gateway service consumed significant amount of memory (~1.8 Gb).
These are the errors from log files

NameSrvr_01.log:

DBCLog DBCLogError 1 0046d58a58041134:0 2016-10-20 09:44:47 Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 8: Not enough storage is available to process this command. (Siebel Oracle90 D:/sea81/siebsrvr, D:\sea81\siebsrvr\bin\seor825.dll).

GenericLog GenericError 1 0046d58a58041134:0 2016-10-20 09:44:47 (secmgr.cpp (2773) err=4597538 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10018: Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 8: Not enough storage is available to process this command. (Siebel Oracle90 D:/sea81/siebsrvr, D:\sea81\siebsrvr\bin\seor825.dll).

- Perfmon shows high memory usage [>1.8 GB] of GTWY service PID

- The GTWY service process dump with Leaktrack shows that largest amount of resources are allocated by the orannzsbb12 dll [Version: 12.1.0.2.0 ]:
