ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Drag and drop of an Outlook item with Info Path Form as attachment is not
working with Siebel Open UI application

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Drag and drop an Outlook item with Info Path Form as attachment should work
with Siebel Open UI application

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Accounts-Attachments.
2. Try to drag and drop a email with infopath as an attachment.
3. Its not working.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot do drag and drop.
