Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to configure the "Siebel Citizen Service Portal" application to have Screens that show aggregate views, the expected navigation controls and visibility drop-down were not working.
Some of the issues noticed:
- Wrong screen tab was highlighted in First level view bar
- The drop-down that should show the different visibility views for the Cases Screen like "My Cases View", "My Teams Cases View" and "All Cases View" was not displayed either.
