ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Rupee Icon is displayed as square , symbol is not displayed correctly wherever we are using siebel field. it is displayed as square icon.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
displaying (₹) at siebel fields

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. add Symbol
2. goto applet
3. check field

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see symbol
