Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, System Admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Session timeout is not working in PROD new cluster.

We have done new setup for CSPS module. But we are facing some issues in session timeout. Session time out is not happening in 3 minutes. Could you please help us to resolve this.

Application Message Bar Flag = user Enabled
Application Message Bar Update Interval = 120

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Re login page after session timeout should occur.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Allow session to timeout.
2. Select to re-login from popup window.
3. Session login without requesting credentials.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can access application without login after session timeout.
