Cannot Change Primary on Access Team for Projects

Symptoms
On : 8.1.1.14.14 [IP2014] version, Client Functionality
Users are unable to change the primary on the access team/list on projects.

Screen: Projects Screen (ePS)
View: My Projects View
Business Object: Project
Applets:
Applet[0]: Project List Applet;
Applet[1]: Project Entry Applet;
Business Components:
BusComp[0]: Project;
BusComp[1]: Project;
STEPS
1. Go to Site Map > Projects > Project List
Expose Access List from Columns Displayed
Select the MVG on Access List.
2. Change the Primary (try to change the Primary).
Result: The Primary will not change.
