On : 16.3 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Using eclinical, the 'apply to sites' button does not move the Protocol > activity to the site > activity

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the 'apply to sites' button is pressed, the Protocol > activity should move to the site > activity

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Version 16.7, site added called ‘Applied Site’ using a new protocol

- In the region ‘USA', make sure the site is applied to the region:

- In the Protocol, create an activity and save it, the ‘apply to sites’ button is invoked:

- Select the ‘apply to sites’ button and select the site in the region:

- Press ok, navigate to Site management (of Site name “Applied Site”) > Activities. New activity is not seen

Error seen was: SBL-DAT-00498: '<?>' is a required field. Please enter a value for the field.
