On : 15.4 [IP2015] version, CTI
Connection to Communication Server is lost - Siebel and Avaya CTI Integration
Customer lunched CTI functionality in production environment and after using the CTI functionality for around 1 hour , they started to see the following error message:
"Connection to Communication Server is lots. Trying to Reconnect, please wait..."

"Connection to Communication Server is lots. Trying to Reconnect, please wait..."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure CTI
2. Agent is connecting to CTI
3. Agent starts doing calls
4. Notice that CTI Toolbar gets disabled
