Cti Toolbar Button Does Not Work When Clicking It Right After Clicking An Inactive Button (Doc ID 2262115.1)

If you click an inactive button by mistake and then click an active button right after, the active button does now work even it is active. If you keep clicking the active button continuously, the button never start working.
