SIA Billing Extern Service not generating SiebelMessage after upgrade from 8.1.1.5 to 8.1.1.14 SIA
A picklist on a VBC is based on a second VBC, that when invoked calls the business service "SIA Billing Extern Service" and workflow "Omega VBC Gateway".
The vanilla business service "SIA Billing Extern Service" is not generating the SiebelMessage using the "Outgoing Integration Object Name" = 'Omega Linked Reason'
