Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SQL Execution and initial fetch completed in less than 1 second but SQL fetch time taking up to 12 seconds. In the AOM log file , the following can be seen:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Fetch should not last 12 secs.
