ODBCSQL Error Occurs after Installing Siebel Gateway (Doc ID 2279827.1)

ODBC error occurs while installing IP16

ODBCSQL is not getting connected and failing with below error.

[siebel@ze51-v-oradb bin]$ odbcsql /u XXXXX /p XXXX /s ZENBI_SIEBEL

ODBC error 00000 in SQLConnect

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Siebel Server and gateway.
2. Configure gateway.
3. Run dbuser.sql file and try to connect odbcsql by sourcing file throughs below error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot to ODBCSQL.
