ODBCSQL Error Occurs after Installing Siebel Gateway (Doc ID 2279827.1)

Symptoms


ODBC error occurs while installing IP16

ODBCSQL is not getting connected and failing with below error.

[siebel@ze51-v-oradb bin]$ odbcsql /u XXXXX /p XXXX /s ZENBI_SIEBEL

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Siebel Server and gateway.
2. Configure gateway.
3. Run dbuser.sql file and try to connect odbcsql by sourcing dbenv.sh file throughs below error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot to ODBCSQL.
