How To Reprocess The Failed Emails in Siebel

Information in this document applies to any platform.


Some of the emails are not processed by siebel due to block reported on the siebel server.

Customer restarted the "Communications Inbound Receiver" and "Communication Outbound Manager" components  and Now the service works and the Customer regularly receives Customer Response, but would also like to see those lost emails in between, would it be possible to retrieve them?
