Navigation Through Keyboard Shortcut "Ctrl+downarrow" OR "Ctrl+uparrow" in List Applet Removes Value from Next Record

Symptoms
When one clears a field value in a list applet and then navigates to the next or previous record using CTRL+ Down or CTRL+ Up arrow key arrow key, then the field value from the record navigated to is also removed.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Accounts > All Accounts;
2. Select a record an remove the value from the Status field
3. Navigate to the next record using Ctrl + down arrow key
4. Notice that the value from the Status field from the record navigated to will be removed automatically.
