On : 16.10 [IP2016] version, Comms Server & Email Response
Customer configured a communication driver profile for driver "Internet SMTP/IMAP Server" using explicit secure protocol over IMAP. When they start the Communications Inbound Receiver component the IMAPSMTP_xxx_xx_xxx_xxx.log files show the following error "com.sun.mail.iap.ProtocolException: STARTTLS failure".
