IP16でのupgphysで、ddldictが論理定義をschema.ddlへエクスポートする処理で失敗します。

Upgphysが問題なく実行されること。

再現手順
-----------------------
1) IP2016をインストールする前のSiebelソフトウェアのバージョンは、IP2015.6 （IP2015.5 またはそれ以降）です。
2) IP2016 のインストール後、"config.bat -mode dbsrvr"を実行します。
3) Siebelデータベースオペレーションで "データベースのアップグレード" を選択します。
4) 環境の種類で "開発" を選択します。
5) アップグレードオプションで、Incremental Repository Merge (IRM)のために "Siebelデータベーススキーマのアップグレード (upgrep)" を選択します。
6) Siebel Industry Application で "Siebel Industry Application" を選択します。
7) Siebelの現在のバージョンで "v15_5SIA" を選択します。
8) 残りのステップで適切なオプションを選択し、upgrepを開始します。
9) upgrepが正常に実行されたという前提で、upgphysのための"config.bat -mode dbsrvr" を実行します。
10) Siebelデータベースオペレーションで "データベースのアップグレード" を選択します。
11) 環境の種類で "開発" を選択します。
12) アップグレードオプションで、"カスタムデータベーススキーマのアップグレード (upgphys)" を選択します。
13) Siebel Industry Application で "Siebel Industry Application" を選択します。
14) Siebelの現在のバージョンで "v15_5SIA" を選択します。
15) 残りのステップで適切なオプションを選択し、upgphysを開始します。
