PICKLIST_VALUE Error while Loading thru EIM (Doc ID 2290669.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.11 [IP2015] version, EIM

When attempting to Load data from EIM_CASE,the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
PICKLIST_VALUE error.



STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load all required fields on EIM_CASE
2. Prepare the ifb file
3. Make sure Picklist value is correct i.e CASE_TYPE_CD value on the EIM table matches the TYPE_CD value on base table.
4. Run the EIM job.
