In Auto Order The Full Product Hierarchy Is Not Getting Added

While creating auto order from opportunity., during Auto Order creation for Some products the product hierarchy is coming but for some the hierarchy is not coming in the order line item.
We are getting the error the below error while using workflow version 2
Error invoking service 'Remote Complex Object Instance Service', method 'SyncInstance' at step 'BS: Sync Instance'.(SBL-BPR-00162)--Type - ISS_PROD_DEF; The value is required.; Identifier - (SBL-ISS-00120).
We have cleared cache of both product and pricelist but still getting the same error.
