ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to load communication driver DLL aicd.(SBL-CSR-00507) when agent  login to Siebel

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Agent should be able to load communication driver DLL aicd.(SBL-CSR-00507) when the agent  is logging in to Siebel. 

STEPS
-----------------------

1) configure CTI module

2) Log in to Siebel. Notice that the CTI Toolbar is grey out and no button is active
