Symptoms
When attempting to test the new outbound REST interface in IP2017 dedicated client
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import the json file
2. Notice the error: "(javabsvc.cpp (448)) SBL-EAI-05000: Business Service call returned error code ERR_REST_OUTBOUND_IMPORT and message: Error occurred while trying to generate the BS/IO: A JSONObject text must end with '}' at character 1 of {"
