Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 [IP2013] version, System Admin


When trying to execute srvrmgr on siebsrvr/bin via command prompt to run some eim job returns error.

ERROR

srvrmgr.exe is not a valid Win32 application


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open command prompt
2. Run the EIM job through srvrmgr

Error is seen

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run srvrmgr.
