The Size of Send Communication Applet (width) Is Smaller The Fist Time The Applet Is Open During The User Session (Doc ID 2318516.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.5 [IP2016] version, Upgrade

In Siebel OpenUI mode when using F9 with Siebel Email Client and the User Preferences> Outbound Communications> Default Message Format is set to HTML, the first time the user invoke the F9 the Send Communication Applet opens with a width smaller than the expected. But during the session, after the first time the pop up Send Communications Applet show up properly with the expected width.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Login to Siebel
2.Ensure Email Message Format = HTML
3.Press F9 to invoke Send Communication Applet
4.The very first time the width is smaller and due this the Editor Toolbar is wrap on a second line
5.Close the pop up
6.Press F9 again and observe that the width change and now the Toolbar show up in a single line and the width is greater than the first time it pop up.
